OUR POLICIES

 
DELIVERY
 

Your order will be beautifully wrapped and sent within 2-3 working days (for ready-to-ship products) and 5-10 working days (for custom-made products) unless noted differently at order confirmation.
Depending on your location/country, your order will arrive approximately within 15-20 working days.

 

However, please feel free to contact us if you need the products urgently. We will try our best to serve you. 

 

SHIPPING
 

We aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible and in the order in which they have been placed. Processing normally takes 2-3 working days for Ready-to-Ship products and 5-10 working days for Custom-Made products following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched. 

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Also, we do not assume responsibility for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any customs fees and/or import duties you might incur. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery 

We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Returns and exchange details

You have up to 7 working days after the day of delivery of your order to return your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification or are clearly personalized) and receive a refund, provided that the returned articles are in the same condition as they were in upon your receipt. This means that the articles should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try them on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Articles that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and the shipping costs for returning the items will be charged.

 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the articles to us. Upon receipt of the returned articles, we will fully examine them and notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (and in any case, no later than within 7 days of receiving your returned articles).
